(More customer reviews)It took one day for the connector to be loose enough that it required 10 minutes of playing with it, setting it down carefully, and wrapping the cord around my phone just to get a charge. Try that when you're phone is about to die and you're driving. It does charge but it's only a matter of time before the connection does not seat properly for you to "think" it's actually charging. This product is worthless. The thought of giving T-Mobile $20 for a "piece of" a car charger without a cord doesn't exactly sit well but I guess I'll get what I pay for.
